01. The fragrant beads are handmade products. Each fragrant bead may have slight differences or minor flaws. Please be careful when photographing if you mind.

02. Please note: Please inspect your order upon receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

03. If you feel that the fragrance has faded after wearing it for a period of time, you can put the bracelet in the packaging box and seal it for a few days, and the fragrance will be restored.

04. Each bracelet packaging box comes with a maintenance kit (containing fragrant beads and thread/elastic cord).

About storage

The principle of the ancient combined incense beads is to make them from a variety of incense powders, so avoid oil, and avoid a lot of water, and store them mixed with perfume to avoid smoke and odor. Please store in a cool and dry place

The production process and raw materials of the combined incense beads are different from wooden bracelets. As time goes by and they are played with, the color of the surface will change (it varies from person to person).

Bracelet Guide

This chart provides a basic guide to help you find the right size for your bracelets.

The bracelet size recommended is for comfort fit, which is adding an extra 2cm /0.79" to your wrist circumference measurement.

Measuring your wrist

1) Use a tape measure, or if you do not have one, use a strip of paper, ribbon or cord. Wrapit around your wrist where you would normally wear the bracelet.

2) If you are using a strip of paper, ribon or cord. Mark the end of the strip and then measure the length against a ruler. This is your wrist size.

3) Refer to the chart below for your wrist size and for the recommended bracelet size, which is based on a comfort fit. You should be able to fit two fingerscomfortably between the bracelet and your wrist. Depending on your personal preference whether you like a snug fit, comfort fit or a loose fit, you may need tomove up or down a size accordingly to suit your preference.
